Janey Cutler worried over age
Janey Cutler the 81 year old up and coming star of Britain’s Got Talent nearly did not audition for the show – fearing she was too old.
Janey recived a standing ovation in her audition in Scotland from the crowed and judges.
Cutler’s friend who is musical director Terry Moore has explained it took some convincing to get Janey to appear in front of Simon Cowell, Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden.
“When I suggested that she enter Britain’s Got Talent but Janey wasn’t sure at first. She said, ‘What, at my age?’
“But she entered online and by all accounts the judges loved her. She sounds like Shirley Bassey in her heyday, only better.”

Janey Cutler, An 81 year old woman has stunned judges Simon Cowell, Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden with an amazing rendition of Edith Piaf’s ‘Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien’ and has already been tipped for a top spot in this year’s Britain’s Got Talent.
Janey received a standing ovation from judges and the audience after impressing them.
“It was that amazing moment where everyone realises something very special has just happened. “ said one member of the audience
“Janey was fabulous and the judges were blown away. She’s the one to beat. Definitely.”
Already comparisons are being made to last years Susan Boyle audition who took the world by storm after appearing on the talent show
Simon Cowell is reported to be worried about the future of the show as apparently the contestants are worse than ever – it must have been a breath of fresh air when Janey Cutler turned up
Simon had to make an apology in Cardiff over the quote “terrible” acts that they had to endure.
He was also quoted as saying “You have just witnessed one of the worst days in Got Talent history.”
Amanda Holden also said “This afternoon there have been no potential winners and no talent.
“It was one of the worst shows we’ve ever had.”
So the future for our Janey is indeed looking bright.
